Do I need to already be pre-approved?
No. This works whether you're just starting to think about buying or you're already pre-approved and want a clearer plan for what comes next.
Is this the same as working with a mortgage broker?
No, but I'm also a licensed mortgage broker with The Mortgage Project Inc. (The Mortgage Coach, FSRA #13120), a separate business. I'll only connect you with it if you ask.
What if my situation changes after I get my plan?
Book a follow-up session anytime for $90 to update your plan as things change.
Is my information private?
Yes. I only use it to build your plan, and I never share it without your written permission.
